Is MRI available at the Raghubir Nagar centre?+

You can book your MRI or CT at the Raghubir Nagar centre and we arrange complimentary pickup and drop to Paschim Vihar and back, so you deal with one team throughout. Ultrasound, Colour Doppler, X-Ray, Pathology, TMT, 2D Echo and all interventional procedures are performed on site at Raghubir Nagar.
Is the pickup and drop really free?+
Yes. There is no charge for transport when you book an Open MRI or CT Scan with us. Let us know when you book and we will confirm the pickup time along with your scan slot.
How long does it take to get reports?+
Most tests are reported the same day, and scans done in the morning are usually ready by evening. Cytology and histopathology reports, such as FNAC and biopsy, take a few working days. If your doctor needs a report urgently, tell us while booking and we will prioritise it.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?+
Walk-ins are accepted for ultrasound, X-Ray and pathology, though calling ahead reduces waiting. For interventional procedures such as biopsy, FNAC, drainage or ablation, and for MRI and CT with transfer, an appointment is necessary so we can plan preparation and slot timing.
Do I need a doctor’s prescription?+
A doctor’s prescription or referral is needed for imaging investigations and for all interventional procedures. If you have a prescription but are unsure which test it refers to, send us a photo on WhatsApp or call 9555999960 and our team will confirm the test and the preparation involved.
What does a scan or test cost?+
Charges depend on the test, the body part and whether contrast is required. We share the applicable rate before you book, so there are no surprises. Call 9555999960 with your prescription details for the current rate and the earliest available slot.
Is an attendant allowed to come with me?+
Yes, a family member is welcome to accompany you through registration and waiting. For procedures and during scanning, attendants wait outside the room, which is standard practice. If you need assistance moving around, tell us when you book and our staff will be ready to help.
